- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went in knowing I had a bacterial infection. The DR refused to culture it bc it was an initial visit, instead making me wait an additional 2 weeks for a new appointment. Came back 2 weeks later and it was cultured. 4 days later results came back positive. I was told a prescription would be called in. Went to the pharmacy 1.5hrs later and prescription was not called in. Called the office and they said it would be called in within a few minutes. Went back to the pharmacy 30min later and it had STILL not been called in. Called the office again and was told the dr was busy with a patient and would call it in when she was done. Called the pharmacy 3hrs later and the Dr NEVER called in the prescription. Ridiculous! Terrible service. I WILL NOT RETURN NOR WILL MY 2 CHILDREN.September 26, 2017by Mercedes Hager
