  Rating of 0. It took two horrible experiences with this group. I am a primary care physician and I am often asked about local dentists for children. I will definitely be recommending them to stay away from this office. Highly unorganized, rude, and questionable policies in place.

  I can't post a review without giving at least one star.....THEY DON'T DESERVE IT.....but I will so i can share my experience in hope that someone else won't have to go through it after reading this. NEVER AGAIN will I deal (or try to deal) with this office. I took my son there once for a consultation and he dd great. Then was told that in order to bring him back to take care of the issues would mean paying full amount of copay up front before they would schedule an appointment. That was last year. Since then I have had my son at an oral surgeon for the extractions (he's 5 and had to have them cause his teeth were totally rotten because i failed to take his bottle away before he was 2) and another dentist for 2 of the 5 fillings still needed. I just got off the phone with Dr, Becca's office trying yet again to make an appointment get the remaining fillings done all at once to make this process easier on my son to be told that we would have to start all over again since it has been almost a year. All the money up front and everything. To top it all off, my husband's employer offers a secondary/supplementary insurance that we bought for the sole purpose to help with the costs to find out that Dr. Becca's office WILL NOT BILL SECONDARY INSURANCES. What's up with that?!?!?!?!? I guess you have to be a billionaire to go there and I'm not.
